Ceremony description:

Autumn Equinox signifies the time when summer transits into the next season and we have an equal balance of light and dark. This is an opportunity to acknowledge and welcome in the new season, to embrace it. We are part of nature and as the seasons change so do we.

For many of us, this year has been a roller coaster ride so far… wonderful, life changing, grief inducing and hard work. As we enter into the cooler days and darker nights, it is important to find our balance and take the amazing energy we have gathered into the next part of our year.

The ceremony will be held in-between ley lines, and sacred geometry at Tree Henge as we honour the mother element of our cycle and send this abundant energy into the rest of our year.

What can I expect?

~ We begin by connecting our energies in circle with a gentle blessing from mother earth and each other.
~ Gently using breath and Qi Gong we activate and cleanse our energy field.
~ We then give an offering to the earth in thanks for feeding, holding and grounding us so far this year (You can bring your own natural gifts i.e flower petals or use my special mix).
~ Warm, earthy cacao is then passed around as we go through a heart based ceremony to invite this medicine into our mind, body and soul.
~ Using meditation we connect to and honor our body, giving ourselves a chance to slow down and feel connected.
~ We then spend some time in journaling reflection with a guided journaling exercise that brings us into harmony & activates and balances our energy fields.
~ To harness this energy even more, we make equinox spell jars that aid us to further solidify our intentions and wishes for the next season of our lives.
~ To end we join together around a fire (weather permitting) with music and drums (bring your drums, your instruments, your voices) as we fully integrate being present, harmonised and connected to our own healing path. 

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?
~ Bring something warm as most of the ceremony will be outdoors under the blessing of the sky.
~ Please bring some paper and a pen for any notes you need to take.

Is there parking?
~ Yes there is plenty of room for parking on the drive way. The gates will be open for you to park.

What do I wear?
~ The colours of Equinox are reds, yellows and Oranges.
~ Come as vibrant, sparkly or comfortable as you like. This is a judgement free zone.
